Online Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, send it back, along with a brief explanation, within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

 

In-Store Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days. Full refunds will be allowed for unopened/unused returns in original condition. Red Apple and Green Air products have different allowances. Proof of purchase must accompany all returns or exchanges.
