We try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Whenever a delay is unavoidable, we’ll attempt to call or email you.

 

Customer Pickup:

If you would rather pick up your order at our Hopkinsville store, please call us before placing your order online. We’re glad to take phone orders. Our number is 270-719-0951.

 

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping on Orders of $75 and over:

Retail orders of $75 or more qualify for free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Here are the terms and restrictions associated with this offer:

--The $75 qualification is based on your merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before tax is added.

--International shipping is NOT included in this offer.

--Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States, except as otherwise noted.

--Milkweed, LLC reserves the right to select the carrier when paying the freight.

--Milkweed, LLC reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

 

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Shipping Time:

Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than those of the 48 contiguous states. We have no control over the time it takes for international orders.

 

From Where We Ship:

All orders are shipped from our Hopkinsville, KY, store location. We don’t participate in drop-shipping programs.

 

Damaged Packages:

We try our best to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well-protected, but despite our efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

At this time, we do not ship CBD products internationally.

Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped via ground.
